We understand why you're asking. Companies selling products labeled "For Research Use Only" often provide COAs as part of their sales process, but those products aren't approved or intended for human use. algorx is different: we're a telehealth platform that partners with licensed medical providers and licensed pharmacies, not a research-chemical supplier. Your medication is prescribed by a licensed medical provider after a medical evaluation and dispensed by a state-licensed, FDA-registered compounding pharmacy.
Because compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient, there's no manufacturer-issued COA for the finished product, just as there isn't for commercially manufactured medications. Instead, compounding pharmacies maintain COAs for the raw active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and verify each one's identity, potency, and purity before compounding. Licensed compounding pharmacies also follow strict USP standards and state and federal regulations covering ingredient sourcing, quality checks, pharmacist verification, and full batch documentation.
If you have questions about your specific medication or a pharmacy's quality processes, you're welcome to contact the dispensing pharmacy directly, and their licensed pharmacists can help.
